Problems Of Modem Legislation Of Ukraine About Agricultural Cooperation

Abstract

The article analyzes the current legislation about agricultural cooperation in Ukraine. The author has identified the major problems associated with the amendments to the Law of Ukraine «On Agricultural Cooperation.» In this article correlation of legislation about cooperation and legislation about agricultural cooperation is investigated. There conclusions for further development of agrarian legislation devoted to the peculiarities of the legal status of members of agrarian relations are grounded.
