Global Environmental Policy: Cooperation Between Ukraine And The European Union

Abstract

The article investigates the concept of global environmental policy, its mechanism of implementation at the level of European Union and Ukraine. The author analyzes the global environmental policy as a separate phenomenon, based on the principles of sustainable development. As a conclusion, it is proposed to revitalize the relevant state executive and the legislative, informational and technical support integration of global environmental component of the national environmental policy and improvement of environmental legislation in this area.
