Abstract

The article examines the legal nature of the right to work and defines the concept of forced labour. Delimited necessary and forced labour. It investigate the question of admissibility of temporary transfers of employees to other work without their consent. Also submitted proposals in relation for strengthening the legislation of legal liability for the use of forced labour.
