The Problems Of Liability Of Legal Entities Of Public Law For Monetary Obligations

Abstract

This article focuses on comparison of the provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Budget Code of Ukraine with the European Court of Human Rights on the state’s responsibility for the obligations of its legal entities of public law. Exemption from legal liability is forbidden.
