Abstract

The definition of the legal nature of the temporal structure of the legal time.

This article analyzes the fundamental concepts of native theorists about the category «time» and its legal projections, it is defined internal structuring of «legal time» of his temporal component and the effect of this on the degree of certainty of legal relationships (including their emergence, change and termination). In the context of the material presented by the author it is proposed a traditional inner structure of legal temporal parameters to be completed with an additional element which in his opinion will provide more certainty of timing in legal relations.
