In research an author exposes the question of violation of access to information in the field of safety of formation of wastes and handling them, composition of offence determines, in detail analyses the measure of responsibility and administrative penalties that is laid on violators. An author enters suggestion about application of such type of penalty as warning. Spares the special attention to establishment of adequate size of penalty approvals for violators.
