Motivational And Self-Evaluative Component Of An Employee Of ATS

Abstract

Analyzed the motivational value of a professional self-employee Department. Proved that the readiness of the individual to the profession and career in the police department includes motivational, cognitive and volitional components. Based on the analysis of professional activities of law enforcement officers determined the effect of self-education on the professional activities of law enforcement officers as a key motivational and value-based self-realization.
