Consumer Work Contract As A Kind Of Consumer Contract

Abstract

In a scientific article the author researches the features of the consumer work contract as one of the consumer contracts in which one party (who is a physical entity) uses the result of work to meet personal needs. The author analyzes the current legislation and other researchers' views of above mentioned problem. The author proposes the features that allow to determine the consumer work contract in the system of civil law agreements of contracting type.
