Abstract

In this article the author analyzes some aspects of protection of passengers (consumers) rights according to Project of Law « The transfer by taxi and transfer on demand» № 2393А. Also by the author was researched the problems of current legislation that regulates the protection of consumers rights in the sphere of transport services during the transportation by taxi and proposals to improve its standards.
