The Legal Nature Of The Right For Information About A Business Entity's Activity

Abstract

An attempt to establish the essence of the legal nature of the right for information about a business entity's activity is made on the basis of current legislation and analysis of legal doctrine. It is concluded that the researched right is an independent non-property right of a business entity's participant. It has its own structure, according to the legal nature it is relative.
