Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the current state of protection commercial secrets as an object of intellectual property rights. It finds that in spite of the presence in the law of legal regulation commercial secrets, the mode of its implementation in the economic entities is far from perfect. Offered the implementation of a normative instrument on the legal regulation commercial secrets in Ukraine.
