Problems Of Application Of Prevention During The Strike In The Labor Law Of Ukraine

Abstract

In this article reviewed the problem of applying the measure of suppression during the strike. Defined the conditions of applying such the measure of suppression as the prohibition the workers to their work or to the enterprise, institution, organization, in case when they hold this strike. It was motivated the feasibility of defence and protection of the labour rights and interests of the employer during the strike.
