Abstract

The article is devoted to the characteristic of the legislative definition of insignificance of the act of crime, defined meaning that it is an act that officially has signs act provided for the relevant article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, but because of the lack of public danger is not recognized as a crime. The basic criterias for differentiation of insignificance of the act of crime are made.
