Abstract

The article is dedicated to the legal regime of marital property acquired during the marriage, as a result of one of the spouses entrepreneurship. Analysis private law doctrine and case law reveals that the property acquired during the marriage by one spouse as an individual entrepreneur is the common property of the spouses.
