Legal Aspects Of The Realization Of Public Environmental Interests In The Procedure Of Environmental Impact Assessment

Abstract

The article reviews the main legal mechanisms of representing public interests in the procedure of environmental impact assessment. Deficiencies of legal regulation of this issue are determined and proposals for improving the legal regulation of the sphere of relations based on good international practice are made.
