Criminal Professionalism In The Field Of Illegal Narcocirculation

Abstract

       The research explains the complex of problems which are connected with a criminal professionalism in the field of illegal narcocirculation. This is very actual nowadays, as every year the number of crimes, including crimes in the field of illegal narcocirculation, is raised more and more. The present situation of crimes in the given field is characterized by a high level of professionalism, a constant criminal's improvement of the studying mechanism of such actions.

The scientific understanding of a concept “a criminal professionalism in the field of illegal narcocirculation” - is a key to understand not only such main criminological categories as an essence of a present-day crime, its causality, the personality of a present-day professional criminal, but also to fight against the criminality in the field of illegal narcocirculation.

In the research there are analysed different points of view which concern a concept “the criminal professionalism”. Taking into account the national and the foreign literature we suggest our determination to such negative phenomenon as the criminal professionalism in the field of illegal narcocirculation.

The highlighted characteristic of features of the criminal professionalism in the field of illegal narcocirculation. Each feature has its peculiar elements, by which they are displayed in the professional criminal activity. A special attention is given to skills ( of a qualification). There are examined the latest means and the hiding tools of the given criminal activity.

There is analysed the typology of professional criminals in the field of illegal narcocirculation including the implementation by each of them the certain role. And on the basis of the learning of legal literature and the practical knowledge of the workers of the department of the fight with the drug trafficking of the Department of Interior of Ukraine it is given the criminological portrait of the person as a professional criminal in the field of illegal narcocirculation.

The criminological portrait has a theoretical and practical sense, allows to make the work more effective to fight against such negative phenomenon as the criminal professionalism in the field of illegal narcocirculation.
