No. 01 (1997): Actual problems of improving of current legislation of Ukraine

The issue deals with topical problems of state building, issues of legal reform in Ukraine, law and ecology, and crime fighting. Suggestions for improvement of a number of institutes of civil, criminal and other branches of law are made and substantiated. Ways to improve criminal procedure activity in Ukraine are analyzed.
