Abstract

The article is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of the stages of the contract for the supply of goods under the state order. Particular attention is paid to the concept of the conclusion of a contract, its legal nature; the selection of the stages of conclusion of the contract for the supply of goods by public order on a competitive basis.
