Legislative Activities Of The United Nations In The Field Of Nuclear Disarmament

Abstract

In the article the author analyzes the main international regulations in the field of the production and testing of nuclear weapons. During the study author carried out the chronological registration of the key international commitments in this area. Special attention was paid to the role of the UN in recent years on issues of nuclear disarmament of states of the “nuclear unit” and on prevention of the production of new nuclear warheads.
