Abstract

The article is devoted to individual problems of investing in innovation. The author concludes that the formation of the innovation system of Ukraine - the most important need of the society, which includes the development of legislative and other legal acts in the field of innovation, as well as the construction of economic, legal and institutional arrangements that will deliver innovative products. Among these mechanisms an effective and credible investment occupies an important place to support the implementation of innovation.
