Biology (article texts, abstracts, illustrations, tables, graphs, supplementary materials, unless otherwise indicated) are protected by copyright and governed by the legislation of Ukraine and international intellectual property standards.

Authors retain copyright to their works.
Right of First Publication
Submission of a manuscript to the journal means that the author grants the journal the right of first publication of the work.
License for Use
All full-text materials of the journal are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license.
This means that third parties may:

Use of Individual Elements of Published Materials

Self-Archiving and Deposit in Repositories
Authors are allowed to post the published version of the article in institutional repositories, on personal webpages, in researcher profiles, and in scientometric services, provided that they indicate that the work was first published in this journal.
Use of Materials for Commercial Purposes
Any commercial use of the journal’s materials without the prior written permission of the author and/or the editorial board is prohibited.
Responsibility for Respecting Third-Party Rights

Deposit system — Optional; Flexible: The author may choose whether or not to deposit their work. A URL is provided to a document containing a list of services from which the author may select a specific deposit endpoint. Deposit takes place after the author is notified that the manuscript has been accepted.
