Abstract

Therefore, the creation of an innovative educational environment with the help of distance learning is impossible without introducing a qualitatively new content in higher professional education of lawyers, without increasing the level of scientific and methodological support of the educational process, introduction of innovative technologies and teaching methods. The search for new effective forms and methods of higher legal education should be an urgent scientific and methodological task in higher education institutions that train lawyers: from the development and introduction of new promising disciplines into curricula to the introduction of innovative methods and forms of teaching through distance learning. To this end, we have attempted to analyze new effective forms and methods of distance legal education for future lawyers. The analysis of scientific and scientific-methodical literature on the professional activity of teachers shows that in the conditions of using distance learning technologies changes not the structure of their activity, but the means of its implementation, functional orientation and nature of interaction between teachers and students. At the same time, the content of the teacher's activity is changing, which in the conditions of distance education of lawyers should be aimed not at passive communication of information to them, but at designing the process of managing their activities to master educational information within the distance law course.
