MODERN DISTANCE EDUCATION AS A KEY TO THE FORMATION OF PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES

Abstract

The article highlights the peculiarities of the implementation of distance learning in the context of the formation and development of personal and professional qualities of an individual. It was determined that in the conditions of distance learning, a person is capable not only of mastering new things, but also of forming and improving qualities that are necessary for self-development and self-education, professional activity. The key personal and professional qualities of an individual, which can be developed in the conditions of distance learning, are highlighted. Ways of formation and development of personality qualities during distance education are substantiated.
