Abstract

The article reveals relevant aspects of the development of professional readiness of future pharmacists. Evidence shows that the implementation of modern approaches to organizational and pedagogical activities in higher education institutions greatly enhances students' cognitive engagement. This approach also positively influences the development of future pharmacists with a progressive mindset capable of solving innovative challenges in the contemporary pharmaceutical industry. It is proved that the introduction of competence-based and student-centered approaches to the organization of the educational process in higher education institutions has become an effective factor in the formation of professional readiness of candidates for pharmaceutical higher education.
