The article emphasizes the importance of psychological safety of participants in the educational process of preschool education in war conditions. It is substantiated that the psychological safety of the teacher is a prerequisite for a safe emotional environment for children. The relationship between the psychological safety of the teacher and the child in a preschool educational institution (PSE) in war conditions is revealed. A questionnaire is proposed that is aimed at diagnosing the feeling of psychological safety in PSE teachers, including the following aspects: the competence of non-violent communication of the PSE teacher with children, the level of the emotional state of teachers and the risk of emotional and professional burnout, satisfaction with professional activities
