Abstract

The article explores modern approaches to managing the quality of digital educational services of higher education institutions in the context of digital transformation of the educational environment and active implementation of artificial intelligence systems. It is substantiated that the digitalization of education necessitates a rethinking of traditional mechanisms for managing the quality of the educational process, focusing them on ensuring flexibility, personalization, adaptability and continuous improvement of educational services. The main factors that influence the effectiveness of the functioning of the digital educational environment are identified, among which modern information and communication technologies, digital educational platforms, analytical systems, means of automating management processes, big data technologies and artificial intelligence tools occupy a special place.

The possibilities of using artificial intelligence systems to support management decisions, monitor the quality of educational services, assess learning outcomes, predict academic success of education seekers, personalize educational trajectories, and optimize interaction between all participants in the educational process are analyzed. It is proven that the integration of machine learning algorithms, intelligent recommendation systems, generative artificial intelligence, and automated educational data analysis systems contributes to increasing the efficiency of management, objectivity of assessment, efficiency of resource use, and competitiveness of higher education institutions. Particular attention is paid to the formation of a comprehensive quality management system for digital educational services, based on the principles of student-centeredness, openness, academic integrity, information security, continuous monitoring, and data-based management decision-making.

Key criteria for assessing the quality of digital educational services have been identified, including the availability of digital content, the functionality of digital infrastructure, the level of digital competence of scientific and pedagogical staff, the effectiveness of the use of artificial intelligence technologies, the satisfaction of education seekers, the compliance of educational programs with modern labor market requirements and international standards for ensuring the quality of education.

The feasibility of using modern educational technologies as a tool for the strategic development of universities, increasing the effectiveness of educational management and ensuring the sustainable development of the higher education system in the digital economy has been substantiated.
